Who we are

Stop Everything is a free macOS app made by Dai Truong, an independent developer. Contact: daitq3010@gmail.com.

What the app accesses

If you connect Google Calendar, the app asks for read-only access to your calendar. It reads event titles, times, attendees and conference links, plus your Google account email address so it can label the calendar in the app. It cannot create, change or delete anything.

Why

Only to show you a meeting reminder on your Mac before a meeting starts.

Where your data lives

Only on your Mac, in the app's local config. The Google refresh token is encrypted with macOS-backed encryption. The app has no servers and sends your data nowhere. There is no analytics and no tracking.

Sharing

None. Your data is never shared, never sold, and never used for advertising.

Retention and control

Data stays until you remove the calendar in the app or uninstall it. You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Stop Everything's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children

Stop Everything is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
